Hold my hand

From the moment we first feel the grip of that tiny hand around our finger the connection and comfort that comes from holding hands is set. All through life the reassurance of a familiar hand to hold, or squeeze is part of human nature and it brings a sense of belonging and a feeling loved without needing to use words. Hands can hold up a treasure to see or soothe in times of need.

As a photographer I love to take photos of the details, to help people see the things that sometimes slip by in the busy goings-on of day to to day life. One day those tiny fingers will fill your hand, those tiny feet will no longer fit within your palm, it is truly a treasure to look back on times when you thought the future you live in now was so far away.
