As a photographer I am always looking at the light, searching for the best, most beautiful light. When I am planning a shoot I do so around the Golden Hours at each of the day as I know those times will produce beautiful, soft, dreamy light. Sometimes, however, I am not shooting at these ideal times, often when I am out and about with my family it's not at the "right" time of day for photos. I often think to myself that I just won't take any photos because I won't like the result. The shadows will be too harsh! The eyes will be squinty! This week I decided I needed to challenge myself and head out in the midday light and take some photos, find a way to make it work! This will make me a better photographer and build my skills.

The results are below, I'd love your comments and feedback so please feel free to leave a comment.
