Bringing your baby home for the first time is such an amazing time in life. For first time parents, it's especially sweet, the long wait to meet your new little baby finally over and you can spend those first few weeks getting to know one another.

The many hours spent soothing and caring, feeling both happy and tired are all a bit of a blur once they finally pass. To capture these moments is truly special. They seem so all-encompassing at the time, you live and breathe every new noise and facial expression, and think you'll never forget. And you don't forget but when thinking back in the years to come it's wonderful to have beautiful photos to help you marvel at the tiny toes, the strong grip of those little hands, and the tight little bundle that you held so close all those hours.

When Yvette and Mat let me come and document their love for baby Marlowe it was truly a pleasure to watch them.
